Hi, I'm Alice Ann

As a self-proclaimed marketing nerd, I love helping people generate more qualified leads that turn into ideal clients & sales. I’ve been helping companies with their marketing & sales efforts for 12+ years. I’ve worked with a variety of companies, from Fortune 500 companies to one person operations. As well as many different industries, from cable TV to healthcare.

In January 2020, I quit my corporate job to go all in on my own business of helping real estate professionals with Facebook ads. I saw how well Facebook ads worked for other industries I had worked in and I did a massive amount of research on the real estate industry. Through that, I found that Facebook ads were one of the best ways to advertise to get qualified leads at low costs in real estate. 

I know what it takes to help bring your ideal client to you by targeting the right audience, setting up ads that convert, always testing for best results, creating a landing page experience that will drive conversions, & setting up the followup plan to ensure you stay top of mind.

• My dog, Paxton, is the laziest coworker I’ve ever had.

• I love traveling and have visited 23 different countries.
